Music Submission Process

Please note: Please do not contact our office inquiring about booking. You will be notified if you were selected or not no later than three weeks before an event’s start date, but sooner if circumstances allow.

• Our music submission process will remain open during the following length of time for our 2026 events: 9/12/2025-7/1/2026. Applications must be received by the deadlines listed above in order for performers to be considered for each individual event. One submission will put you in consideration for all of our events.
• VERY IMPORTANT: Form must be filled out in it’s entirety, including full links
(not just @’s) with the exception of the live show link which is optional.
• No rap, hardcore, or metal bands please.
• Bands/singers must perform with instruments or with an accompanying DJ. Festival sound team will not be responsible for playing performer’s tracks.
• Bands must have at least 60 minutes of live performance music.
